Belkhoja is a seasoned investment professional with 15+ years experience in portfolio management, start-up acceleration, and large-scale M&A projects. He has also served a Minister-level position in the Tunisian Government.His background includes investment banking both in Europe and Middle East and Africa, government assignments in Tunisia as well civil society organizations focusing on sports and public policies.He is the former Innovation and Transformation Advisor to the prime minister and was appointed as Minister of Youth and Sports in January 2021.Formerly Chief Investment Officer of a family owned investment company, Belkhoja is also co-founder of Le15, a catalyst of startup ecosystem and a cultural space, as well as Flat6labs Tunisia (10m$ fund dedicated to Start-ups).
