Beatriz Ospina is the international relationships leader at Latimpacto. ​She graduated from Universidad de Los Andes with a degree in business administration and a minor in economics and law. She was a teacher from the program Teach for Colombia for two years and then she specialized in leadership and competitiveness at Georgetown University. She has four years of experience in the social sector, with a focus on education.
