Carla Knorowski, Ph.D. is a transformational leader with more than 35-years of experience leading and/or working with charitable sector institutions. She serves as President & CEO of Thirteen-Fifty Philanthropy which works globally with charitable institutions to successfully advance their missions. Also, she is the former President of the U.S. Naval War College Foundation and CEO of the Abraham Lincoln Presidential Library Foundation. Also, she has held senior positions at Northeastern Illinois University, University of Illinois at Chicago (UIC) and Chicago Humanities. She has a Ph.D. in public policy from UIC and a certificate from Harvard University's Institutes for Higher Education MDP. A lifelong Chicagoan, she serves as a director of the Friends of Notre-Dame de Paris, the official U.S.-based charity raising funds to restore Notre-Dame Cathedral in Paris, FR. The French Republic has named her an Officer in its National Order of Merit.
