Bev Postma is an experienced CEO and scale-up strategist with an international blend of non-profit and big brand experience in the global food system. As the Executive Director of Grow Asia, she works with businesses, governments and NGOs to broker winning collaborations and blended finance solutions for large scale food systems transformation.Prior to Grow Asia, Bev was the CEO of the Roundtable on Sustainable Palm Oil (RSPO). She was also the Milken Institute's food adviser in Asia. In 2017, Bev led a multicultural team at HarvestPlus to the finals of the MacArthur Foundation’s inaugural 100&Change competition, securing $15m to reach one billion people with more nutritious crops. Prior to her role as CEO of HarvestPlus, she was founder and executive director of Food Industry Asia (FIA) and held senior roles with Kellogg’s and Syngenta. Bev holds a BSc in Marine Biology from the University of Liverpool and is an expert member of the World Bank Group's G7 Action Plan on Inclusive Value Chains.
