Aapurv is an international development and philanthropy professional with over 8 years of experience across 4 continents, specialising in gender, sexuality, human rights, civil society strengthening and public health. As the Associate Director of Bilateral Relations at the Disability Rights Fund, he manages the Fund's partnerships with bilateral agencies to increase funding for the global disability rights movement and inform donor strategies on disability inclusion. He also serves on the Advisory Board of Voice, a diversity and inclusion-focused grantmaking facility funded by the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
