Yael Silberstein is a sociologist with extensive experience in fundraising and institutional development. She has worked across various sectors, primarily in education, culture, and social initiatives. Currently serving as the Coordinator of Strategic Alliances at AMIA, Yael manages fundraising campaigns and builds relationships with corporate, governmental, and international partners. Her previous roles include senior fundraiser and project leader, where she led annual fundraising events, communications and strategic planning for nonprofits. Yael is proficient in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, and Hebrew, and brings a strong background in digital environments and data analysis to her roles. In addition to her work, she is actively involved in volunteering, supporting children’s rights through different Argentinian organizations.
