With over 20 years’ experience in international development. Titise Kode joined the Vitol Foundation in 2018 as the Head of Education. She started her career working in gender and development which led her to work with various organisations focused on HIV/AIDS, community development and most recently education. Prior to joining the Vitol Foundation, Titise worked at Comic Relief, as Strategic Lead for the Children and Young People’s programme. She was also Special Advisor to the Chair of the GAVI Board and also held the post of Head of Grants at the Southern Africa Trust. Most recently, Titise served on board of the Global Schools Forum and the Chevening Reading Committee. She was an alternate on the Grants Performance Committee of the Global Partnership for Education (GPE) and served on the Expert Review Panel of ‘Build a world of play’.
