Sol is Ramon Aboitiz Foundation’s Executive Director leading its Social Well-being Cluster. With RAFI Center for Leaders, her team trained over 70,000 youth & professionals through powerful learning experiences. Through the Culture and Heritage Unit, Sol advocates for the preservation and promotion of Cebuano culture and heritage reaching over 50,000 individuals annually through the Casa Gorordo Museum, The Kabilin (Heritage) Center, and Gabii sa Kabilin (Night of Heritage). Under the Education Development Unit, Sol partners with Education stakeholders in initiatives that promote the well-being of learners on the margins, awarding over PhP20.4M in grants and rehabilitating over 2,070 classrooms benefiting over 80,000 learners annually.Sol was the Youth Leadership Development Manager of Ayala Foundation training top student leaders from all over the Philippines through the Ayala Young Leaders Program and engaged youth in conflict areas through the Education and Livelihood Skills Alliance Youth Engagement Program with USAID.Sol completed her Masters in Business Administration in 2022 and has a Diploma in Organization Development. Her certifications include Gallup CliftonStrengths Coach, Leave No Trace Trainer, Wilderness First Responder, Wilderness Medical First Responder and Outdoor Educator. In 2006, Sol was chosen as one of the inaugural fellows of the Asia 21 Young Leaders by Asia Society – Philippines.
