With a diverse educational background and professional experience, she is an individual with a variety of skills. She holds an MSc in International Business Administration and a BSc in Business Administration from Iran. She moved to the USA in August 2023 as a student in Philanthropic Studies at Lilly Family School of Philanthropy at Indiana University. Currently, she is a research assistant at a one-of-a-kind global report: the Global Philanthropy Environment Index (GPEI). With GPEI, global leaders can gain a better understanding of how and where philanthropy is changing and evolving most importantly to make philanthropy more effective in solving pressing problems.
She is interested in travel philanthropy, decision-making, corporate social responsibility, and fundraising for conservation projects. Her publications include journal papers and conference proceedings on topics such as digital entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, and withdrawal behaviors.
About her volunteer work and leadership roles in the USA, she has served as a member of the Environment and Animal Welfare Focus Area of Impact 100 Greater Indianapolis, she was also the president of the Ambassadors Club and Graduate Philanthropic Studies Society at IUI.
Before joining Lilly School, she was a board member of a charity institution in her country that was about children's education and single-parent women empowerment. Moreover, she has been a university lecturer in business and marketing courses at the University of Applied Science and Technology, as well as a chairperson for a private institute conducting research into productivity, investment efficiency, and risk management."
