Kate Sullivan is the Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning Manager of The Human Safety Net Foundation, responsible for supporting 61 Partner NGOs in 23 countries with robust impact measurement strategies, capacity development and opportunities for peer exchanges. The Human Safety Net programs support vulnerable families with children aged 0 – 6 and contributes to the integration of refugees through entrepreneurship and work. Previously, her professional experience is variety of community-based and national non-profit organizations as the Director of Evaluation and Learning, as well as for the World Health Organization. I have specialized in the evaluation of non-cognitive skills, social-emotional learning and early childhood development but have a range of interests in many other subject areas.
