At Arrow Impact, Jorge supports the foundation in deploying grant dollars to promote the economic prosperity and well-being of under-resourced communities in the U.S. Before joining Arrow Impact, Jorge served as Executive Vice President at UpTogether (previously The Family Independence Initiative - FII), a national non-profit organization that highlights, invests in, and accelerates the initiatives of people in historically underinvested communities. Prior to UpTogether, he worked in capital markets, helping to securitize bond financings for essential infrastructure projects in the U.S. and abroad. Jorge served as Board Chair at The Whitman Institute (the birthplace of Trust-Based Philanthropy) and serves as a board member at Mission Asset Fund and Common Future.
